Respond to emergency road service requests, gather information and provide solutions to members, analyze accounts for additional products and services to benefit members, etc. Requires 6 months of customer service experience, telephone etiquette can accurately enter information into a computer, basic computer skills, and can read maps. Pays $19 per hour plus benefits with paid training and bonuses.
