CVS HEALTH CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM LEAD FOR OK

This role will perform leadership duties as well as inbound/outbound calls to members (as needed) that need help in finding local resources to meet their social needs. There is a strong preference for candidates that have lived or cared for someone with similar experiences of our members. Requires 2 + years in a call center environment. Pay will be at least $18.50 hourly.
