CANDID CUSTOMER SUPPORT LIAISON

Remote, but in-person attendance is expected during their annual, weeklong all-staff summit. Additionally, participation for in-person meetings is expected at least once per year for most employees, and at least once per quarter for senior leaders. You will monitor incoming emails and live chats and offer exceptional proactively &/or on-demand product guidance for Candid website users. College degree preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered. Pay will range between $42,100 – $53,000 yearly.
